Horchata is a Spanish, typical drink of Valencia, processed from the called fruit "chufa", this drink is of sweet flavor and aspect similar to milk. But I do not believe that the Tang of horchata knows to autentical horchata

[crispy says: Here in Mexico, horchata is made from rice. I don't know if we can even get chufa-based horchata here.]
